Venue information
Sibos 2025 will be held at Messe Frankfurt. Easily accessible at the heart of Europe, Messe Frankfurt can be reached quickly from Frankfurt Airport, Frankfurt Central Station, the motorway or the city centre. For more details, please visit Messe Frankfurt’s website.
Accommodation
The Sibos hotel booking service provides access to the official Sibos hotels at competitive rates. Additional benefits include the option to collect your Sibos badge in advance for fast-track entry to the event venue.
When you register for Sibos you’ll receive a link to the booking service. Please reserve your accommodation as soon as possible to ensure access to a hotel close to the Sibos venue.
Visa requirements
The German Federal Foreign Office provides complete information on whether you require a Schengen visa to enter Germany, as well as instructions on how to obtain a visa prior to traveling to Germany.
If required, you may apply for a Schengen visa from between six months and no later than 15 days before your planned trip. However, you can make the appointment prior to this time. We recommend applying as soon as you have registered for Sibos 2025, as appointment availability may vary.
