If your meeting is moved or cancelled, please withdraw the meeting in the app so other participants can use the space. Watch our Connections lounge video that includes how to cancel a booking:
- Find the meeting in the ‘Chat & Connect’ section
- Click ‘more’ and select ‘Withdraw this meeting’
- Then ‘Continue’ to confirm your cancellation
