The Innotribe Quest is a brand new Sibos experience that lets you earn digital collectibles to unlock exclusive prizes and benefits. Whether it’s participating in Sibos networking events, taking in select conference sessions or visiting different areas of the exhibition floor, you can be a part of the action.
We’re excited to introduce Innotribe Quest, a new element of the Sibos experience where you’ll be rewarded for unlocking collectibles called ‘POAPs’ all over the conference and exhibition venue. Anyone attending Sibos can choose from three different routes: Conference, Networking and Exploration. The more POAPs you collect, the bigger the potential rewards.
What is a POAP?
A Proof of Attendance Protocol (POAP) is a virtual object that allows individuals to securely store memories and shared experiences as immutable digital assets. Each POAP is an individual piece of artwork with an accompanying description of what it’s commemorating. You can gather POAPs from QR codes that appear on screen after a conference session, or through physical Innotribe Quest totems dotted throughout the venue and networking events.

How do I participate?
It's simple and easy to get started with Innotribe Quest. To begin, you’ll need to download the Sibos App. On the ‘More’ section of the app, you’ll find the Innotribe Quest platform. Once you’ve agreed to the terms and conditions you’ll receive your first badge! By tapping on this POAP you can view which benefits you can unlock, what other POAPs are needed to claim your prize and how many prizes are left.
The Innotribe Quest platform will be your tool for storing and redeeming POAPs. These can be collected across the venue, during select sessions, networking events and more. If you have the app installed, simply open your mobile camera to scan a QR code, or tap your phone over a totem. This will launch the Sibos App and present a “Collect it now!” prompt to claim your POAP. You can then browse your POAPs to see what benefits it can unlock.

We’ve broken down Innotribe Quest into three different routes:
Conference: In this stream, participants can collect POAPs by attending Swift Innotribe sessions and select innovation-focused sessions from the main conference programme on topics like AI, tokenisation or CBDCs.
Networking: Here, you’ll be rewarded for getting involved with the packed networking schedule on offer at Sibos 2023. You can find POAPs while making connections or exploring new ways to collaborate at events like the Sibos welcome drinks, Swift Innotribe networking event or closing event.
Exploration: The exploration stream rewards intrepid adventurers who like to check out all corners of the Sibos venue. You can find POAPs while visiting the charity stand, checking out the Discover Stage, participating in the 5K Run and Walk or saying hello at the Discover welcome desk.
There’s many more ways to earn badges, so be sure to check out the full list on the Sibos App. By completing a combination of these three routes, you can unlock full benefits; the higher the difficulty of the combination, the greater the rewards.
What are the benefits and how do I collect them?
For those participating in the Innotribe Quest, there are some fantastic benefits to potentially win, ranging from merchandise and discounted access to some of Toronto’s best attractions, to a Google Pixel phone, a Microsoft Surface Pro and a free in-person pass to Sibos 2024 in Beijing. The more POAPS you collect, the better opportunity you have of winning some of this year’s most valuable benefits.
With many benefits limited in supply, make sure to claim POAPs as quickly as you can during Sibos week to give yourself the best chance of being a winner during the inaugural Innotribe Quest in Toronto.
Find out more about how to take part in the Innotribe Quest here.
